By accessing and using Hyzerleague, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our service.

1. Introduction

Hyzerleague is a fantasy sports platform where users build disc golf teams and compete based on real tournament results. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Hyzerleague and apply to all users.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Hyzerleague.
  • Players must have a permanent address in Finland to be eligible for prizes. This requirement may change in the future to include users from other countries.
  • Hyzerleague reserves the right to restrict access to users at our discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must provide a valid email address for authentication and communication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Hyzerleague is not responsible for unauthorized access.
  • Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited.

4. Game Rules & Participation

  • Hyzerleague is a fantasy sports platform, and gameplay follows the Game Rules & Scoring System (see full details in the rules section).
  • Each tournament is a standalone event, and users must build new teams for each event.
  • Players earn or lose points based on real-life PDGA tournament results.
  • Hyzerleague will automatically replace players who withdraw before a tournament begins, using the closest-priced available substitute.
  • No refunds or point adjustments will be given for canceled rounds—official PDGA results are final.

5. Tiebreakers & Prize Eligibility

  • In the event of a tie, tiebreaker rules outlined in the Game Rules apply.
  • Prizes are only available to users with a permanent address in Finland (this may change in the future).
  • Users caught violating fair play policies (e.g., multiple accounts, cheating, exploiting game mechanics) forfeit prizes and risk account suspension.

6. Fair Play & Cheating Prevention

  • Users may not:
    • Create multiple accounts.
    • Exploit game mechanics or system bugs.
    • Use insider information not publicly available.
  • Penalties for violations include account suspension, prize forfeiture, or a permanent ban.

7. Payment Processing & Transactions

  • Hyzerleague does not store payment details.
  • Any paid transactions (e.g., private league fees) are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Hyzerleague collects email addresses, user-generated content (team names, leaderboards), and gameplay statistics to operate the service.
  • We do not sell or share data with third-party advertisers.
  • Users can request account deletion by contacting support@hyzerleague.com.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Hyzerleague is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for:
    • Technical failures, scoring errors, or lost data due to third-party services.
    • Changes in PDGA tournament results after scores have been finalized.
    • Inability to access the service due to internet or hosting provider issues.
  • We reserve the right to modify rules, scoring systems, and platform features at any time.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Hyzerleague reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
    • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
    • Repeated fair play violations.
  • Suspended users forfeit any winnings and lose access to their account.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding fantasy scores must be submitted within 48 hours of tournament completion.
  • All final placements are determined based on PDGA official results.
  • Users agree to resolve disputes through direct communication with Hyzerleague support before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Hyzerleague reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Major changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.
  • Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts unless otherwise specified.
